Uli received degrees in Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport, CT in the US and Human Resources Management from the University of Wuerzburg in Germany. As a German native, Uli is fluent in German, English and French. Together with his wife and their two daughters he has been living in Colorado since 2007. Before transitioning into Consulting, Uli spent 25+ years in HR Leadership roles across a variety of industries including Medical Devices, Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals in Germany and the US. The last 14 years of his corporate career he was part of Danaher, a Fortune 150 Science & Technology company, where – among other roles – he served as the VP Global Human Resources for Hach.
